Workshop equipment

SMT production line mainly import equipment, mainly used for SMT integrated devices, patch Angle devices mounting and welding. The main equipment includes screen printing machine, solder paste thickness measuring instrument (SPI), high-speed SMT machine, multifunctional SMT machine, reflow welding machine, online AOI machine, etc. From solder paste printing, solder paste detection to component mounting, welding and connection between processes, all automatic flow operation, to ensure the production efficiency of the circuit board and the quality of finished products.

 

The steel screen printing machine is composed of plate loading, solder paste, embossing, circuit board and so on. Its working principle is: first, the printed circuit board is fixed on the printing positioning platform, and then the solder paste or red glue is printed on the corresponding solder pad through the steel mesh by the left and right scrapers of the printing press. The PCB with uniform printing is input to the SMT machine through the transmission platform for automatic SMT.

Solder paste thickness measuring instrument is a device that uses laser non-contact three-dimensional scanning intensive sampling technology to measure the thickness, area, volume and other distribution of solder paste printed on PCB board. This equipment is widely used in SMT production field and is an important measuring equipment for controlling solder paste printing quality

The reflow welder used in electronics workshop is all hot air reflow welder. Reflux welding is a welding technology developed with the appearance of miniaturized electronic products. It is mainly used in the welding of various surface assembled components. The principle of reflow welding is as follows: in advance, appropriate amount of solder paste is coated on the pad of the circuit board with appropriate shape, and then SMT components are affixed to the corresponding position; Solder paste has a certain viscosity, can make the components fixed on the PCB board; Then the circuit board mounted with the components is fed into the reflow welding equipment. The transmission system drives the circuit board through each set temperature area in the equipment. After drying, preheating, melting, wetting and cooling of the solder paste, the components are welded to the printed board. The core link is to use external heat source to heat, so that the solder can melt and flow infiltrate, and complete the welding process of the circuit board. Aisa reflow welding machine used in electronic workshop is originally imported from Germany, 14 temperature zone is controlled separately, temperature control error can be controlled within ±0.2℃, to ensure the quality of plate processing.
